As a Country Manager you will be managing a young, ambitious and growing team in Kyiv. Currently, the team consists of 5-6 full-time and part-time employees and is projected to grow to more than 20 people by the end of 2019. You will be the main bridge point of contact between Kyiv and London office.

Minimum two business trips to London, UK per year are required.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Kyiv team, including operations, IT developers, marketing & sales. This is truly and management position, that requires strong team leadership skills.
  • Own our product and it’s development, by working together with the CTO and the development team.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in project management.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent English and Ukrainian/Russian required.

Rentuu’s B2B platform aggregates and partners with equipment hire agencies to supply the event and hospitality industry with furniture, appliances, electronics, and many other essentials for hire.

Rentuu’s platform targets the >£20 billion equipment hire industry (excluding construction) problem in the European Union. Rentuu’s platform is already active in the UK’s £4.3 billion addressable markets and we’ve soft-launched in Dublin, Ireland.
